Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gritup mobile application, the website at gritup.fit, and any related services (together, the "Service") provided by SolusMakers ("Gritup", "we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Gritup app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscriptions, free access, and trials

Gritup offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Gritup Pro"). Pricing, available products, and trial length are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple ID account settings.

If you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to its policies.

4. Health and safety

Gritup is a training planning tool, not a medical device. The Service does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching judgment. Endurance training carries physical risk. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any training plan, especially if you have a heart condition, an injury, are pregnant, or are returning from time away from training. You train at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train any machine learning model without our written permission.
• Interfere with, scrape, or place undue load on our servers or the servers of our providers.
• Share or sell your account access to other people.

6. Your content

You own the training data you give us. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data so we can run the Service for you (including generating, adapting, and showing your plan).

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time at gritup.fit/account/delete. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or for legal or security reasons. On termination, the licenses granted to you end and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Some features may change, be removed, or be replaced as the product evolves. We will try to give reasonable notice before material changes.

11. Apple-specific terms

If you use Gritup on Apple devices: these Terms are concluded between you and Gritup, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. The license granted in section 2 is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at gritup.fit/legal/terms and update the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email before they take effect.
