Support

We answer email from real humans.

Fastest path to a fix is to write us. We're small, we read everything, and we usually reply within one business day.

Frequently asked

How fast do you reply?

We're a small team and we aim to reply to every email within one business day, usually faster. Plan-generation issues and billing questions get priority.

I can't generate a plan / the app is stuck on generation

Force-close and reopen the app, then try again. Plan generation runs against our planning service and occasionally retries after a network hiccup. If it still fails, email us your race distance, target date, and selected sports. We will regenerate it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store, tap your profile, choose Subscriptions, find Gritup, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. We never charge you again after cancellation.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Sign in with Apple inside Gritup using the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then open Settings → Restore purchases. Your subscription will reattach within a few seconds.

Can I export my plan?

No. Plan export to calendars or bike head units is not something we ship today and it isn't on the near roadmap. If it's blocking you, email us — we prioritize what real users actually ask for.

Do you support Android?

Not yet. Gritup ships on iOS first. Android is on the roadmap. You can email support@gritup.fit to get on the waitlist.

How do I delete my account?

Visit gritup.fit/account/delete or email support@gritup.fit from the address tied to your account. We remove your plan data, executions, and profile within seven days.

I'm injured or sick. Can I pause my plan?

There's no dedicated pause-and-resume flow yet. When you're ready to come back, generate a new plan and choose a new start date — the planning engine will build a fresh, periodized plan around where you actually are. A built-in pause flow is something we want to add.
